If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. (Please note that only 80% of the total purchase price including shipping will be returned, as the other 20% of those funds have been distributed for community purposes.)

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

You must initiate the return within 21 days of the purchase date.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards and downloadable software
Items marked as final sale
Personalized or custom-made items
Opened or used personal care items

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and any promotional items that were included.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. We are happy to assist you in finding the right product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
